This was a fragment i found years ago on the net of the FIFA World Cup 1994, held in the United States. The Opening Ceremony was held at the Chicago Soldier Field (which sadly i don’t have complete). This is a fragment of it, featuring greek dances, and the traditional music Mantili kalamatiano(the ceremony gave rendition to each of the participating teams at the WC)
Greece debuted for the first time in a World Cup on this ocassion, they later would make history in 2004, when they became the European Champions.
