FATV – Follow yesterday’s injury in training Ferdinand was withdrawn from the squad. Defender Michael Dawson was called up as a replacement. The Tottenham Hotspur star boarded a flight from Heathrow on Friday evening and landed at Johannesburg airport on Saturday. Within 30 minutes of his arrival at base, he had joined the squad for training.
